Lakeside 867 Cafeteria (80) Tray Drying / Storage Rack
Designed to accommodate 14″ x 18″, 15″ x 20″, or 16″ x 22″ meal trays. All welded frame construction. Frame is 14 gauge square stainless steel tubing. Includes 12 stainless steel removable tray holder sections that hold 7 trays each. Maximum tray height accommodated is 2 1/2″ (64).
SPECIFICATIONS
• Removable tray rack slants in the center and has a perforated bottom for quick and efficient drainage
• Shelves also include perforated drain holes for fast draining
• Holds tray sizes 14” x 18” (356 x 457), 15” x 20” (375 x 508) and 16” x 22” (406 x 559)
• Maximum tray thickness is 2- 1/2” (64). Shelf clearance is 17” (432)
